About Me

I am a third year student, studying strength and conditioning in Limerick institute of technology. I am a qualified gym instructor and currently in the process of becoming a personal trainer. I have my level one in basketball and have been coaching a Special Olympics team in my home town for the past 6 years.

 

As part of an assignment I am required to set up three social media accounts where I talk all things S&C. My other two platforms are instagram and facebook (@AKSportySeven).

On this I will mainly be focusing on seven sports (hence the name). I will be talking about golf, soccer, Olympic weightlifting, swimming, kickboxing, rock climbing and hurling.
