Golf Swing

Is your sport golf? Do you ever do any strength training to improve your swing? There is two exercises which I believe will improve your swing! 1.The first one is a split squat. This movement will focus on your stabilization muscles.It is key to be able to stay balanced while shifting the weight from one leg to the other. It also improves flexibility in your hip flexors, which in turn will generate more power in your swing. 2. The second movement is a side med ball throw. This exercise is great for increasing your hip power especially in the downswing. It is important to perform this movement on both sides. A big issue for golfers is muscle asymmetry (imbalance of muscles) which may lead to injury. Including these exercises in your training will improve this.
